When I want to fill out the order form, there is a choice of 4 types of accounts can I make (REGULAR, MEMBER, RESELLER, and DEALER) what is the difference of the four options?

REGULAR
Regular accounts do not have any minimum purchase, so you are free to order how many items or the amount of expenditure that you want.

MEMBER
Account members can you fill that you have a regular account and conduct transactions with a minimum amount of U.S. $ 3,000,000 (in one transaction) conducted in SCOOTERPACK outlet or on the website. Customers who are registered as members will get the following benefits:

  • Get a 5% discount (all items with minimum purchase Rp 500,000, the discount cannot be combined with other ongoing promotions)
  • Birthday gift in the form of discount + 5% discount on your birthday surprise members to show identity cards at the outlet SCOOTERPACK or enter the voucher code in spending on the website.
  • Home Service 50% Discount (home accessories Installation in Jakarta, Bekasi, and Tangerang area)

Where can I buy the products sold by SCOOTERPACK?
You can come to our store in STC Senayan Building No.11 & 12 Jl.Asia LG Floor Africa IX Gelora Senayan Entrace or shop through our website at www.scooterpack.com

Is the price and availability of every products on the website is always updated www.scooterpack.com?
We always try to include price and stock availability in the SCOOTERPACK website. For more information, you can send questions to our email address info@scooterpack.com , or contact our customer service at 021-57936081 / 081 281 817 373. Some items are not always ready stock so prior booking is required.

Is the price listed on the website SCOOTERPACK including Shipping Costs?
All prices listed do not include shipping costs. Shipping costs will be calculated in accordance with applicable regulations.

How do I create an account in SCOOTERPACK?

  1. If you want to create an account before choosing a product, click on "ACCOUNT" in the top right corner.
  2. If you do not have account, once you are done selecting the desired product and want to proceed to the payment, you will be redirected to the page Login / Register.
  3. Click the "REGISTER"
  4. On the next page, fill in your data in the available space
  5. When finished creating an account, you can proceed with the transaction.

How the steps to buy the product SCOOTERPACK?

  1. Go to www.scooterpack.com
  2. Choose a product category, and the choice of size or color you want, then click "Buy" to enter into the shopping cart.
  3. If you have already completed to determine the items you wish to purchased, click "Continue" to proceed to transaction.
  4. You will be redirected to the page LogIn / Register, if you already have an account on SCOOTERPACK.COM , click "Login" and enter your username and password.
  5. On the next page, you must fill in the following details:
    • Customer Data and Delivery Address (fill in your details and shipping destination address
    • Method of payment (transfer to the bank account)
    • Booking Confirmation. Do not forget to confirm the suitability of the goods you want.
  6. Record your total purchase that has been in added with shipping and payment code.

 

What is a Payment Code?
Payment code is 2 (two) digits of numbers that you must add to every last two digits of your total payment. The purpose of this code is to facilitate the finance team to check the payment you make. While doing the transaction, make sure the payment is added to the total payment for each transaction code has different payment code so that your transaction can be differentiate from other buyers transaction.

How do I purchase the Pre-Order product?
There are two types of pre-orders provided by SCOOTERPACK:
Pre-order:
Pre orders are ordering goods that can be ordered by the customer before the item is ready stock. To buy the Pre-Order product you will get a discount of 5% of the normal price.

Pre-Order by Request:
Pre-order by request is if the customer wants the goods that are not available (for sale) in SCOOTERPACK, the customer can request to SCOOTERPACK and we will find it for you.

After booking Pre-order and pre-order by Request, you must perform a payment of 30% DP. SCOOTERPACK parties will contact you when the ordered goods are ready to be sent, only then did the rest of the payment of 70% so that the goods can be sent directly to your place. Are all accessories and spare part purchases get free installation (FREE INSTALLATION)?
Free installation is only conducted in SCOOTERPACK store, either for purchase in store or online purchases at www.scooterpack.com

What payment methods are accepted by SCOOTERPACK?

SCOOTERPACK accept payment by the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer (BCA, Mandiri, BNI)

What shipping services are used by SCOOTERPACK to send the goods?
For delivery using courier service, we are currently working with TIKI and JNE. If you want a shipping service other than TIKI or JNE, please tell us. Your purchased items will be sent to the representative of yout choice as long as it's in Jakarta area with no extra cost. However, guaranteed delivery to destination entirely at your own risk.

Do I need to give confirmation after making payment via Bank Transfer and how?
Confirmation of payment must be made up to 3 days after ordering via the web by filling out the payment confirmation form.
If no confirmation within a maximum of 3 days after booking, then you should re-order again.

After payment, how long will the delivery time?
Your purchased items will be sent maximum of 2 days after payment confirmation is received by SCOOTERPACK. Delivery time time depends on destination. Once you confirm your booking, you will receive an email notification containing the price and the total amount to be paid receipt number.

What about the return policy for the items that has been delivered?
Items purchased cannot be returned or exchanged for other item, because every item that will be sent always go through the Quality Control process before it is sent to the customer
